It's my first time to a spa.
What should I know before booking an appointment?

Please see answers below and our Spa Etiquette at the bottom of this page, which will tell you everything you need to know about your visit to the spa. If you have other questions that aren't answered there, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.


What are the health benefits to visiting a spa?
A spa visit is a great experience for the mind, body and soul which will leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Spa treatments can also address your particular skin and body problems, making you look more vibrant and feeling more confident.

There are so many services, how do I know which one to choose?
It is all about personal preference and need. Some people really enjoy massage, while others would rather have a manicure, a special skin treatment, etc. Our packages give you the opportunity to try several treatments in one visit. Please contact us to discuss your best options. We offer free consultations.

Should I need to bring anything particular to my appointment?
Will I need to undress?

If your services include a pedicure, we suggest you bring open-toed sandals or flip-flops, since your toes will take some time before they're fully dry. Other than that, you don't need to bring anything but yourself- we'll provide you with a robe and slippers, and anything else you might need for your services.
For most services you either remain in your regular clothing or in a wrap or robe. For massage, you can undress to your comfort level, and will be covered with a sheet for your privacy.

How do I purchase a gift certificate?
You can either come into the spa, order a Gift Certificate by phone, or on-line, from the main page of this site.
For phone and internet orders you need to provide us with credit card details (we use secure on-line system).

Can I park my car without a problem?
We have several parking spaces reserved exclusively for use of our customers. One of the reasons for this location is the easy parking. In an unlikely situation that all our dedicated parking spots are occupied, parking is available on the quiet street outside our parking lot. Unlike downtown there are no meters, no time limit, so you can enjoy your services without hurrying or worrying about a parking ticket.

How about group reservations?
Yes, small groups are most welcome. Please contact us for more details.

Should I take any special precautions?

Yes, if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, please let your aesthetician know.

What about gratuities?
Gratuities are traditionally offered in recognition of exceptional service, so we would not presume to include them in our prices. Should you wish to tip your treatment staff, you can do so directly or add it to your bill at the end of your spa visit. Gift Certificates do not include gratuities.

 Spa Etiquette

Your gift certificate or credit card secures your booking. We requirea minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation without penalty. Short-notice cancellations result in a 50% charge; no-shows are charged at full price. Larger groups are requested to give 48 hours’ notice.

In consideration of other guests, cellular phones and pagers must be turned off in the spa. Children are not allowed in treatment areas of the spa without an appointment.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to change and complete any necessary forms before your treatment begins. Late arrivals will be accommodated as much as possible, but treatment must end on time to avoid inconveniencing the next guest. Therefore arriving late for your appointment may deprive you of valuable treatment time. Also please leave your valuables at home as we cannot be responsible for their safety.

Gift certificates are available for any service or dollar denomination (redeemable only for our services). Gift certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase, and are fully transferable, but not refundable.
